The last time I wrote in here, I wrote about working hard, but getting no reward. It's been busy since then!!

I applied for a position in the RAF, unfortunately the role I applied for became full half way through my application process. I originally went on with my application but changed from Personnel Support (which became full) and changed to a Medic. In the end I knew my heart wasn't in that job role and stopped my application.

After I stopped my application with the RAF, I will admit I felt like it was my time to move on. I gave up my application mid-October, and wasn't really enjoying my job after that. I felt like I had accomplished what I wanted to in my apprenticeship (even though I hadn't got the qualification yet!) and I felt like I had proved myself enough to be worthy of a full-time role. It came up to December and I started looking elsewhere for jobs, Tesco came up and I applied there and within days got the job.

It came to breaking the news to the company that I'm leaving and they offered me a pay-rise and would change my job role to suit my needs.

I went with Tesco and was there for a few weeks until I realised I had probably made the wrong decision. I kept in touch with the company and they offered me my job back.

So here I am, meeting customers by myself, meeting suppliers, account managing, assisting with sales, working alongside the managing director and sales director. And more importantly, no admin side of the job is included!

So it really has worked out for the best :)

I'm new here!
I looked into the Navy.

Interesting read though, I will try to post mine this week... if I get time :p

Nice work! I wish you all the best, it seems you're pretty well set up with your job.

The good thing is that I have the chance to earn commission from the account managing side, so it's even more motivating :)
